On site investigative works are currently being undertaken at Glebe Farm. These works do not trigger implementation of the outline permission as they are investigative. In some cases the investigative works will inform pre-commencement condition discharges at the appropriate point. The timetable of works is as follows:

• Archaeology: in progress
• Ground Investigations: Starting Monday 7 April for 4 days. 
• Topographical Survey: Starting from Friday 11 April for 11 days.
• Trial Pits: Offsite for s278 and onsite, starting from Monday 28 April for 8 days.
• Underground Utilities Detection Survey (PAS128): Starting from Thursday 22 May for 7 days.
